My Digital Library: Leveraging Today’s Mobile and Participatory Information Ecosystem
On July 29, Kristen Purcell taught part of the Digital Libraries course at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. The international course is offered each summer by the Tilburg Innovation Centre for Electronic Resources, or TICER. Kristen shared data on the growing mobile landscape both globally and in the US, highlighting key aspects of today’s changing information ecology, and exploring with librarians how they can leverage these two trends in their work.
